As the first private equity fund in Central Europe and the second in Europe with gender lens investment strategy, we aim to have a positive impact by reviewing and encouraging gender diversity in management and company teams.
We believe that diversity in decision making and leadership can lead to superior results, and we recognise the potential of such companies and want to become the partner for their further growth.
Although not all companies in our portfolio have to meet diversity criteria, we tend to prefer those that do. Companies with women represented in their ownership structure, on their board or in their top management team, for example, fulfil our diversity expectation.
