Helen is the Managing Partner of the global law firm CMS offices in Prague and Bratislava and the Head of the Corporate practice group for Central and Eastern Europe. Helen focuses on the CEE region where she has advised clients on M&A Transactions for nearly 20 years. Her practice covers a wide range of sectors, particularly financial services, private equity, consumer products, energy and manufacturing.
